Top Producer vs. Express List Package

The Top Producer package is the highest quality standard for photographing real estate. In this workflow, I shoot several flash and ambient lit photos, then blend them in photoshop. After a composition of images are blended, more editing is done to each image to make each shot as beautiful as it can be.

The Express List is a single ambient shot to the exposure that will create the best image. These photos are edited to correct some dynamic range and white balance. They are a great choice for the “As-Is” real estate properties for sale.
